The Nelson Curling Centre was established is 1898. Best known for being the home of the Nelson Midsummer Bonspiel that ran from 1945 - 2008, the Nelson Curling Centre is located in the heart of downtown Nelson and the community's recreation campus.
Our facility, which is largely volunteer run, has over 140 curling members and has a vibrant drop-in and learn-to curl program.
At the Nelson Curling Centre, we are proud of our sport and our place in Canada's cultural history, but are also committed to growing the sport of curling and making sure it remains a part of Nelson's community for future generations to enjoy.
